Called earlier in the week to get a quote for complete ductwork removal and reinstallation of all new and setup a time for Friday 12-1, Thursday I receive not only a text but a phone call saying I have to confirm my appointment to keep it, I confirm. Friday 1 pm rolls around I have to call to find out where the tech is to find out the tech is just finishing up on a call. I understand problems arrive but I did not receive a call or text to notify me the tech would be late so I could make arrangements to be here and have someone else start picking up all my children from schools. If they can’t be considerate enough of peoples time to give a quote for a job I need done quickly, they more than likely will not be considerate enough in getting it done in a timely manner. Will not be calling absolute for any future needs.
